What We Collect
AIMATracker collects only the data you voluntarily provide through our submission form:
- Application type, visa category, and processing channel
- Key milestone dates (submission, appointment, approval, card received)
- Office location
- Free-text notes
- Email address (optional, for login functionality only)
Crawled Data
We also collect publicly available timeline reports from Reddit. This includes the Reddit username, subreddit, and post URL associated with each report. We do not collect private messages or non-public data.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively to:
- Calculate and display processing time estimates
- Show individual timeline reports in our data table
- Identify returning users so they can update their submission (if you provide an email)
We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.
Data Storage
Data is stored on Vercel's infrastructure using Vercel Postgres (powered by Neon). All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.
Cookies
NEXT_LOCALE: Stores your language preference (e.g. en, pt, zh). Duration: 1 year. Only set if you accept cookies via our consent banner. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics that collect personal data. In the future, a session cookie for authentication may be used — this would be strictly necessary and exempt from consent requirements.
